For landlords looking for new or updated commercial lease contracts, we offer a flat rate package that includes the costs of negotiating and drafting the terms of the commercial lease contract between the landlord and the tenant (as well as any necessary third parties).
Alternatively, for tenants looking for assistance with negotiating a letter of intent or commercial lease, we offer flat rates that cover the negotiation and review of the commercial lease contract on behalf of the tenant.
